Signs

Was away the past few days, across the ocean and to the country of my roots. Will posts those events separately. Saw this sign in one of the hotels where we had breakfast, and because I can't read Chinese, was left quite puzzled as to what this dish was. The Chinese characters were subsequently translated and finally understood how the translation came about. :)

Incidentally, the dish was quite tasty!
