I wonder where the people are to whom the shoes belong. Are they praying in a house of worship? If so, I would have thought that their shoes would be more organised. It's a very evocative picture, but what it evokes eludes me. Did you take the picture yourself?

Hi elaine, haha, it was for my dad's bday gathering back in my hometown! I think about 70 people came over to our house and it was noisy! Yep, I took the picture myself, and "touched it up" a bit. :)
